MEvent brings together two party-planners and their mad vision of Finland’s first and biggest Event Studio. A Studio that creates memorable parties from birthdays to big corporate events. Jenni and Hannele started reaching that vision on their own in the beginning of the last decade.
The journey included producing big corporation functions from Lapland to Silicon Valley, entrepreneur courses, party supply online store, florist training and visualist degrees. It took considerable hours of experience and studies before a vision of the Event Studio came to life in 2017. After this our team has grown vastly with our industry’s professionals.
Our expertise combined with our partner network, brings even the wildest ideas into reality. Our clients can trust that with us, whether it is a private or a corporate event, everything will be carried out with required precision.
Our cosy and inspiring studio is located in central Tampere, on the side of Tammelantori. At our studio we brainstorm and plan memorable parties and events. We produce exquisite floral installations, pack up our van and travel to our clients’ events across Finland together with our team.
As our story have started already in 2015, we have acquired specialty in planning and organizing parties and weddings. A wedding day is filled with lots of expectations and wishes. Everything needs to be precisely planned from start to finish.
Our future vision is clear, MEvent will be the biggest event studio in Finland, with the happiest staff and clients. When we love our work, we are certain that our clients will receive unforgettable experiences in the world of parties.
The main goal of parties and events we put together is to create memories for the guests. We have heard from our long-time corporate client that their events participant numbers have grown exponentially since MEvent started taking responsibility of planning and implementation. Their staff, clients and other stakeholders are eagerly waiting for what we come up for the next event. Along the journey we have taken them to the world of Hollywood, a classy garden party and an underwater in Scandinavian world.
In each event we have always carefully considered the corporate brand and their message to the participants. We are at our best when we get to communicate these matters in a visual manner. Our goals are that corporate event participants cannot wait to share their feelings and stories forward. Great events are the talk of the town for a long time and their story continues on social media channels.
MEvent is a part of training new talent into the business, together with Universities of Applied Sciences. We have implemented experiences from participants coming to events from abroad and are keen to present the greatness of destination weddings to foreigners in an even broader scale. It is fantastic to have events in Finland.
